Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 Strips of bacon

  • 12pcs brussels sprouts

  • pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with tin foil.

  2. Wash the brussels sprouts and pat dry with a paper towel.

  3. Place a brussels sprout at the top of a piece of bacon.

  4. Roll up brussels sprout inside the full piece of bacon, then place on baking sheet.

  5. Season with pepper, to taste.

  6. Bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes or until it become crispy as your preference.

  7. To serve, insert a toothpick into each brussels sprout.
