Garlic Butter Steamed Diamond Clams

1kg Diamond clams, rinsed and scrubbed
5 tbsp Unsalted butter
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup white wine
1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
In a pan, melt half portion of the butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant (about 20-30 seconds).
Add wine and lemon juice, bring to a boil then add clams and the remaining butter.
Cover and steam until clams have opened (about 6-8 minutes). Occasionally shake skillet while steaming.
Sprinkle evenly with parsley.
