Tuna Steak with Home fries

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g x 4 Tuna steak

  • 1 Lemon, juiced

  • Salt and pepper

  • 4 pcs Dutch cream potatoes

  • 1 ltr Rice bran oil

  • 1 sprig of Rosemary

  • 1 tsp Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season the tuna steaks with lemon juice, salt and pepper

  2. Potatoes cut into 8 wedges(unpeel)

  3. In a large pot, boil the salted water, add the potato wedges and cook for 10 to 15 minutes

  4. Take out the wedges and pat dry with a towel

  5. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the tuna for 2 minutes on each side and set aside.

  6. In a large pot, heat the rice bran oil to 180 °C

  7. Fry the wedges in the hot oil until golden brown

  8. Chop the rosemary and toss the hot potatoes in a bowl with salt and rosemary

  9. Slice the fish into tranches and serve with the Potatoes
