Pan fried Sole Fillet with Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Sole fillet x 2pcs

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 20g organic butter, salted

  • 5pcs potatoes

  • Fresh chopped parsley

  • 1tbsp Olive oil

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season the sole fillet with salt and pepper

  2. In a pan, heat up olive oil on medium heat

  3. Place the sole fillets in the pan and fry gently over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally

  4. Put any veggies for side dish.
