Kid's Cheese Burger

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack gluten free burger buns

  • 1 pack organic low fat beef mince

  • 500g organic cheddar

  • 2 organic tomatoes

  • 50 g of green lettuce

  • Tomato Ketchup

  • 5g Clover organic unsalted butter

 
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take out the mince and divide to 2 patties with 150g each.

  2. Cut the burger buns in half and butter both sides.

  3. Place the burger patties in a hot grill pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side consistently turning the meat.

  4. Cut the cheddar cheese in slices and place on the meat 2 minutes before finish so it can melt down.

  5. Slice the tomatoes in half inch slices. Wash the lettuce and cut it into fine strips.

  6. In a pre-heated oven toast the burger buns for 2 minutes. Now is time to adjust.

  7. Place the bottom of the Bun on a plate and add a spoon of tomato ketchup, add the strips of Lettuce and place the burger pattie on top.

  8. Top it up with the sliced tomato and put the top part of the burger bun on it. Now you can add 4 toothpicks on each corner of the burger and slice it in 4 pieces.

  9. Serve with some tomato ketchup on the side and french fries.
